Every day young children begin a journey of discovery with their imagination and curiosity. As a provider of early childhood education, it is the environment, strategies, procedures, and policies that we establish and put into place, that facilitate that journey to reach its full potential.
At the Eleanor Whitmore Early Childhood Center, young children from the ages of eighteen months to five years are provided with a learning environment that is safe, and engaging. Developmental growth is supported by instilling habits and traits that young children need to navigate the world they find themselves in, and the rich literacy world that is before them.
Each young child that enters our doors has an internal and external “voice”; it is how we listen to that “voice” that allows us to engage them in the learning process.
