The Art Of…The Hamptons event redefines experiential Art. On Saturday August 24th, from 10am to 4:30, The event took place in East Hampton Village’s Herrick Park. Guests were able to view immersive art, and art from local and national artists. Games were provided for children. Event goers were greeted by A mirrored, puzzle-piece pathway with Panasonic’s newest release, the multishape shaver. Another installation, a 7-foot tall pair of alpine-white headphones, rang in Technics’ 50th Anniversary, and was set beside DJ Ace, a NYPD Lieutenant who has proudly spun on Technics’ 1200 Turntables for 21 years.
Artists created new works at the event and attendees were encouraged to participate. The live audience gave them the platform for creativity but also interaction, which allowed the guests to connect on a higher level with the artist.
Artists included: PJPIII also known as Patrick Peters III, former agency owner turned creative artist.
Along with Molly DeNello, Lakota, Quiana, John W. Tuttle, Mara Sfara, Chris Lucore, Ethan, Therese Nicole, Ellen Kingston, Sophie Serjourne, Mara Sfara, Kenna Mackey, and The Lucore.
“The Art Of…. was meant to embrace how experiential moments can build true connections in a meaningful way. The moments that inspired creativity including the actual creation of art by our featured artists along with our younger future artists embodied the goal of bridging immersive moments with elements of education” said The Art Of… The Hamptons”
Organizer, Dalia Strum

“It was an honor to be included in this experience, and to celebrate Technics. [My turntables] have truly stood the test of time,” DJ Ace said. Technics celebrated their 50th anniversary.
Children were provided with lawn games, miniature canvases and encouraged to build structures.
“Art of the Hamptons was a terrific experience all around. This was my 4th outdoor [art] show, but I haven’t been to any events exactly like this. This event had a lot of pieces that worked really well together. Music, children’s activities, art, artists at work. A great pairing,”
Chris Lucore, Montauk Gallery Owner and a featured artist at the event, said.
The Art Of…supplied paint and brushes to customize the Panasonic-Multishape mirrors, encouraging both their artists and participants to create; and provided custom Technics’ stickers inspired by the Yayoi Kusoma Obliteration room to plaster on the giant pair of Technics’ headphones.
“This was the most impressive experiential event of the summer. The opportunity to create live art truly connects my love and passion for tangible artwork with the people that could own those pieces. Watching their eyes light up…feeds my creative energy. The Art of the Hamptons was able to bring that side of me to life…in my hometown of East Hampton, no less,”
PJPIII, also known as Partick Peters III, former agency owner turned full-time artist, said of his experience.
The Art Of…broke the barrier between fine art and family events, instead opting to fuse them together. Guests could browse original artwork, and then flock to miniature golf and a variety of other options.
