Holiday House celebrated it’s second annual Palm Beach Tabletop event ‘Taking it to the Table’ on Monday, February 26th at The Colony Hotel. The Colony was a buzz with over 250 guests in the ballroom where tables were set with some of the most luxurious tabletop designs. Holiday House is a NYC and Hamptons-based organization founded by Iris Dankner that raises critical funds for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). The BCRF was founded by Evelyn Lauder in 1993 and provides critical funding for innovative clinical research at leading medical centers worldwide.
Founder and breast cancer survivor Iris Dankner was joined by Honorary Chair Sarah Wetenhall and Co-Chairs Jayne Chase, Campion Platt, and Andrea Stark. The Philanthropy Chair for the event was Jean Shafiroff and the Legacy Chairs were Austin Handler and Jennifer Mabley. Lite bites were served by Swify’s of the Colony Hotel while Whispering Angel rosé, Tres generaciones tequila and Tito’s cocktails were served.
“I am so thrilled that the Palm Beach community welcomed our tabletop event with open arms for the second year in a row,” said Iris Dankner, Founder and breast cancer survivor. “We had am amazing turnout, and we were able to raise money and awareness for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation!”
The evening featured the talents of designers including Alexandra Naranjo Designs, Ashley Stark Home, Beach Glass Designs, Caitlin Kah Interiors, Caroline Rafferty Interiors, Design by Tula, Graph Design x Lisa Kaye Design, Home in Harmony Designs, Jennifer Garrigues, Inc., Lewis Miller Design, LoveShackFancy, Mabley Handler Home & Design, Monique Ogilvie Designs, Philip Gorrivan Design, and The Lewis Design Group.
Pop-up boutiques from Alison Stager Photography, Ann Sandra, by robynblair, Casa Branca, Fivestory, LoveShackFancy, Martinez Art Gallery, and Redolence Gems were also highlighted, where guests could browse and shop throughout the evening with a portion of proceeds benefiting the BCRF.
The Advisory Committee included Alison Stager, Austin Handler, Catherine Carey, Debra Halpert, Jane Hanson, Jennifer Mabley, Katherine Ostberg, and Kim Richter.
The Host Committee included Amy Rosenblum, Couri Hay, Jill Kandell, Julie Ratner, Lauren Brogna, Lauren Day Roberts, Lisa Kahan, Lisa Konrad Palumbo, Lindsay Shapiro, Maria Fishel, Melanie Roy, Richard & Renee Steinberg, Sharon Bush, and Tatiana Platt.
